At Welcome Pharmacy, your satisfaction and well being are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

Customers may return or exchange eligible products within 3 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Be returned with the original receipt
• Be in the same condition in which they were received
• Please bring the receipt with you

Returns can be made by visiting your nearest Welcome Pharmacy outlet.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to safety and hygiene concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Refrigerated medicines
• Loose tablets or capsules
• Inhalers & sprays
• Medical appliances & test strips
• Baby milk & infant formula
• Baby care products
• Surgical and dermatology items
• Imported or special-order medicines

Please note: Welcome Pharmacy is not responsible for any side effects or reactions caused by medicines.

🌐 Online Purchases

The same policy applies to all online orders. Approved returns must be completed through in-store visits at any Welcome Pharmacy branch.
