Customers may return or exchange eligible products within 3 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Be returned with the original receipt
- Be in the same condition in which they were received
- Please bring the receipt with you
Returns can be made by visiting your nearest Welcome Pharmacy outlet.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to safety and hygiene concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Refrigerated medicines
- Loose tablets or capsules
- Inhalers & sprays
- Medical appliances & test strips
- Baby milk & infant formula
- Baby care products
- Surgical and dermatology items
- Imported or special-order medicines

🌐 Online Purchases
The same policy applies to all online orders. Approved returns must be completed through in-store visits at any Welcome Pharmacy branch.
