OPTRA HFA (Ipratropium bromide) Inhaler is indicated as: – Bronchodilator for maintenance treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. – Adjunct to beta2-agonists in the management of acute severe asthma.
