Clenil Compositum is a combination medication containing beclomethasone dipropionate (an anti-inflammatory corticosteroid) and salbutamol (a bronchodilator), used for treating respiratory conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive bronchopathy with asthmatic symptoms. It is available in a suspension for nebulisation in single-dose vials and is used for both routine maintenance treatment and in emergency situations.
